If you would like to register for a course to be run by Sckill 4 Sport, please download the “Booking Form”, fill it in and return to us by post/e-mail along with a cheque made payable to “Sckill 4 Sport Limited”.

Alternatively if you wish to pay by credit card, post/ and we will contact you for payment. Once we have received your form along with payment you will be notified of your acceptance on the course. Only once payment has cleared will you be guaranteed a place.

If you wish to pay by cash on Day 1 please send a completed booking form and tick the box “pay on the day”.

Once you have booked onto a sports coaching course please download, fill in and sign (parent or guardian if under 18) the “Indemnity Form” and bring it along on Day 1 of the course. For legal reasons, failure to do so will prevent the applicant from participating on the course, even if payment has been received. No refund will be offered.

Spare Indemnity forms will be available on Day 1 but inevitably time taken up filling out the form will delay the start of the course.
